Auditioning for the Boys and Girls Choirs

• No experience is expected to enter the Town Choirs.
  
  
• Some music and vocal skills are expected for the Touring Choirs.
  
  
• Audition includes singing, reading, rhythm clapping and conversation about child's interests.

Auditioning for The Mastersingers Choir:

• Sing a prepared solo from a list of suggested pieces
  
  
• Sight sing an unknown piece of music
  
  
• Successfully complete a written music theory test
  
  
• Demonstrate ability to make long term commitment
  
  
• Demonstrate high level of self-discipline
